Hello May! Wish we could say Hello, Spring, but it's been nothing but drizzle and grey skies this past week. I'm sure we'll jump right into 80-degree summer days in no time. Big month for me... it's my birthday month! We'll be celebrating this weekend by going to see comedian Dena Blizzard at the Hanover Theatre (what's better than listening to a funny Mom who understands all the instense stuff we're going through?). And you know you can enter to win tickets to see her, right!? And - let's not forget, it's also my son's first birthday this month! (Where has the time gone?!)

For today's Mom Group in Clinton, I'm bringing the cupcakes - stop in and say hello! This is a great group of Moms that meet weekly at the First Concern Pregnancy Resource Center. It's casual and the kids are welcome. (10-11:30a).

This past weekend I had a table at the Fitchburg Fire Safety Day. What an amazing event! A great chance to collect all the important information about your kids just in case something happens. Plus, they were able to visit with the fire trucks, ambulances, and police cars - meet the Clown Police and many kids made macaroni necklaces with me! (You can make your own at home with these easy instructions! I had to write about it since they were so popular at the last two events we did.)

Things to look forward to this month:

  • Mother's Day, May 12
  • Town-Wide Yard Sales
  • Memorial Day Weekend

Hope you're week goes well, and let's all wish for some sunshine!

Emily
