Happy December Birthday to all our friends! Each month, we are giving a special shout-out to all of our birthday club kids in an article in our newsletter and on our Facebook Page. No matter what month your child is born you can sign up NOW and be placed on the list to receive a birthday card that will be mailed to you during your child's birthday month.

The Birthday Club is for children 12 years of age and under. You may fill out a separate form for each child. To receive this perk, you must be subscribed to Macaroni KID Leominster-Clinton's free newsletter. If you're not a subscriber, you will be added to the email list and we NEVER sell your information.
One card per child. Each card will be made and sent by our family. Mailing addresses must be local to our coverage area and be in one of these cities or towns: Ashburnham, Ashby, Ayer, Bolton, Boylston, Clinton, Devens, Fitchburg, Gardner, Harvard, Lancaster, Leominster, Lunenburg, Princeton, Shirley, Sterling, Townsend, West Boylston, Westminster. Promotions are subject to change. Returned mail will result in removal from the mailing list.
